| TEC brings together up to 12 executives from non-competing
companies for a monthly meeting that is facilitated by an experienced
TEC chair. There are four key elements of TEC membership: |

Typically held in the morning, a TEC
speaker presents a hands-on workshop on a selected business topic.
This TEC speaker session enables members to keep up-to-date with
the latest and best management ideas, issues and practices from around
the world. |

In a separate session, each TEC member
also meets individually with his/her TEC chair for a monthly one-on-one
business review where key issues and opportunities are discussed in
depth in an intimate atmosphere. |

executive session where any member may raise an issue and the group
will share their knowledge and experiences. This peer information
exchange provides a vast array of expertise for any issue, enabling
each member to draw on the many years of business and personal experience
within the group. |
